Martijn Riemersma

Managing Partner

Martijn has been the founder and Managing Partner of BC3S since 2021. He has engineering and (programme) management experience in sectors such as the automotive and semiconductor industries, but is also familiar with the workings of the public sector and other sectors.

Martijn studied Industrial Engineering and Management and is certified in several project management methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, PRINCE2, IPMA).

Jolanda Dijkstra

Partner

Jolanda has been a Partner at BC3S since 2025 and has extensive experience in international tender and contract management, having worked for organisations including water authorities, Rijkswaterstaat and various commercial organisations.

Jolanda studied Business Administration, has held various roles in project delivery and coordination, and enjoys running in the countryside and travelling.
